Our promise
Happy with every page, or your money back
Every book is drawn just for your pet, so we want every page to feel right. Here's what we promise.
The PDF
If a page doesn't look right, tell us and we'll redraw it free, as many pages as you need. Still not happy? We'll refund you in full within 14 days of your order.
Printed books
Before your book ships, we'll redraw any page free. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
How to ask
Just reply to your order email and tell us what's wrong. A real person reads every reply.
